Ingredients:3/4 package of whole wheat linguine (can use any type of pasta)
1 lb whole frozen shrimp (raw)
1 container Buitoni Pesto Sauce
1 container grape tomatoesParmesan cheese
Put shrimp in colander in sink and defrost under cold water. Remove tails. Heat a little olive oil in skillet and cook shrimp until they just turn pink. Cook pasta according to the package directions. Half the tomatoes. Combine shrimp, pasta, tomatoes, and pesto sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. Serve with salad and wine!
