Pulled Pork & Cole Slaw


Pulled Pork 
Ingredients:
Large pork loin
12 oz BBQ sauce
1/3 cup Italian dressing
1/8-1/4 cup brown sugar
1-2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Place meat in slow cooker.  In bowl, mix BBQ sauce, dressing, sugar, and Worcestershire.  Pour over meat.  Cook on low for 8 hours, shred meat in the crock pot with 2 forks.  Let it cook a little longer until everything is mixed.  Serve with whole wheat buns!


Cole Slaw 
Ingredients:
1 package of cole slaw mix
2 tablespoons of light mayo
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/4 cup low-fat milk
1 tsp white sugar
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper

In a small bowl, stir the light mayo, lemon juice, milk, sugar, and vinegar.  Pour over cole slaw mix, add salt and pepper, and  stir well.  Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
